Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and Jean Monnet Chair at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). Professor in the Graduate Program in Political Science at the Institute of Social and Political Studies (IESP/UERJ) and in the Department of International Relations (DRI/UERJ). Holds a PhD in Political Science from the Rio de Janeiro University Research Institute (IUPERJ/IESP) and a postdoctoral degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). She was a visiting researcher (2016-2017) at the Free University of Berlin (FUB) and an associate professor at Michigan State University (MSU). Currently, she coordinates the International Cooperation Project (PROBRAL CAPES/DAAD, 2023-2026), between IESP/UERJ and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA), Hamburg, . Her research projects have been ed by the European Union (Project JMC EUgac no. 101127443), as well as by Productivity Fellowships from the Rio de Janeiro State Research Foundation (FAPERJ) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq, no. 316785/2021-0).
